Terms and Conditions

Parnassus Immersive GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Parnassus) sells tickets for its own events.

1. Conclusion of the Contract

By purchasing tickets, contractual relationships regarding the event arise only between the buyer (customer) and the event organiser. The contents of these contracts are as set out below. Parnassus does not warrant the accuracy of dates for its own events stated on websites of other box offices. By ordering tickets, the customer instructs Parnassus to carry out the ticket purchase. The offer for concluding the contract in e-commerce is made by the customer by submitting the fully completed order form. Receipt of the order will be confirmed to the customer by email without delay. Statutory provisions apply to ticket purchases in person, in writing or by phone.

2. Prices and Charges

The ticket prices stated in the order forms, on the internet or otherwise include the advance booking and processing fees and the statutory VAT currently in force.

3. Returns, cancellation and rescheduling

Contracts for leisure-related services are generally not subject to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG) where the leisure-services exception applies. Ticket orders and purchases are binding. Optional ticket reservations are not available.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer the option to cancel or reschedule tickets up to 24 hours before the show. Please email office@light-of-creation.com with your booking ID and your cancellation or rescheduling request (for rescheduling: preferred date and seats, subject to availability). Cancellation or rescheduling is not possible within 24 hours prior to the show.

Cast, programme, running order and start times may change and do not in themselves entitle the customer to a refund or exchange. If changes occur, Parnassus will make reasonable efforts to inform the ticket holder. It remains the customer’s responsibility to check for updates. Refund of a lost ticket is not possible. If the event is cancelled by Parnassus, tickets may be returned only against presentation of the original tickets (no copies). No admission after the show has started.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking the details on their tickets. In case of any mistake, please contact Parnassus immediately. Customers are also responsible for informing themselves about access restrictions.

5. Commercial resale

Purchasing tickets for commercial or professional resale without prior agreement of Parnassus is prohibited.

6. House rules

On purchasing a ticket, the visitor accepts the house rules of the respective venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who are not dressed appropriately, are intoxicated, aggressive or too young (especially children under the age of 6).

Animals of any kind – with the exception of assistance dogs for people with disabilities (§ 39a Bundesbehindertengesetz / Federal Disability Act) – may not be taken to performances. Assistance dogs require a lead and muzzle. Visits with assistance dogs must be agreed by email before purchasing tickets.

7. Payment policy

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. After expiry of this period, a reminder fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged; after another 14 days, the fee will amount to EUR 20.00. After an unsuccessful second reminder, Parnassus will hand the matter over to a collection agency. Parnassus accepts MasterCard and Visa. Payment by bank transfer as well as cash or Maestro card at the box office is also possible.

8. Photography, video and sound recordings

To offer all visitors a pleasant experience, we ask that you only take photos or videos during the performance without flash or additional lighting. You are also welcome to take photos before and after the show. Professional recordings, livestreams or the use of additional lighting are not permitted without express consent from Parnassus.

9. Disclaimer for indirect and consequential damage

If a show is cancelled by Parnassus, the customer is not entitled to compensation for indirect or consequential loss. For example, if the customer plans a trip to visit one of our shows, cancellation fees for flights and hotels cannot be claimed unless this was explicitly agreed before the tickets were purchased.

10. Exclusion of liability for damage to health as a result of photosensitivity

Parnassus is not liable for damage or consequential damage caused by seizures triggered by light stimuli (photosensitive epilepsy).

11. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna. These terms and conditions are subject to Austrian law.

12. Exclusion due to alcohol or drug influence

Access to the event is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substances. The event organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove such individuals from the venue. In such cases there is no entitlement to a ticket refund.

13. Dispute resolution

We do not submit to any alternative dispute resolution procedure vis-à-vis consumers. You may file your complaint directly with us at office@light-of-creation.com.
